' Much dissatisfaction is being expressed by the. travelling men on account of the missing of the connection with the Seaboard Air Line here in the evening by the passengers coming in on the Atlantic' Coast Line- On Tues day and. Sunday evening your correspondent was at the train and the Seaboard Air Line pulled out after the Atlantic Coast Line had blown for the station, thereby causing the Atlantic Coast Line passengers to miss the other train not more than five minutes- This works a great inconvenience to the passengers being left as they cannot get away from here until the next afternoon if they intend to go beyond Hamlet. At both of these times a report was sent to the Seaboard Air Line train stating that there were so many passengers to transfer- Yesterday evening 7 were left. Maxton, N. C, Jan. 16, 1907.
