C., SATURDAY, APRIL 27, 1935 Tryon Store Hours May Be Changed A meeting of Tryon storekeepers will be held Monday afternoon at a£L3O in the Ballenger Co., furni- departmert upstairs for the purpose of discussing the advis ability of changing during the summer months, the store open ing hour frdmi 8 a. m. to 7 a. m., and the closing hour from 6 p. m. to 5 p. m., in order to give more daylight recreation hours to em ployees and at the same time give the full number of hours of ser vice to the public. Flower Show Today At Parish House Tryon’s Second Annual Flower Show will be held this afternoon from 2 to 6 o’clock. Fdr a small admission the general public will be able to see in one place some /g« the. community’s most beautiful *<xgAit flowers and pot plants. For the young people interested in flowers it will be an opportunity to learn the names and qualities of some of these plants that help to mlake many Tryon homes so attractive. Harry J 3.
