FILLERS Bob Baldwin of Try on, president of a gold mining company in South Carolina, has had some exciting experiences during his engineering career. About ten years ago while inspecting an iron mine in Minne sota the mine caved in about 80 feet down and buried Mr. Baldwin in dirt, debris and water up to his neck. He suffered a broken left leg, right arm and collar bone. He was unconscious about half the ■ r_ht hours it required rescuers to dig him out. A minor, only a few feet away, was killed instantly. During this bad weather a lot of people sent laundry to Rector’s where several thousand dollars worth cf new equipment has been installed just to iron shirts. The id cuffs are finished stiff, and the shirt is wrapped neatly Ground a stiff cardboard and en circled by a gresn band. So when pek Moore pulled out his shirt drawer, he exclaimed, “My good ness! Mama’s bought n.e a lot of new shirts for Christmas.” Ponce de Leon Beauty Salon TELEPHONE 145 Make Appointments Early Start the New Year Right By Letting Us Take Care of Yo’ar Hair !
