Cotillion Ball Set For March 29 By Teresa Burns Post Staff Writer The Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is proud to announce that their 16th Annual Cotillion Ball will be held at 9 p.m Saturday, March 29 at Park Center.
