SUL Holds Meeting On Wednesday, November 17, 1971, the Student Union Leg islature met. Two major topics were discussed — the bus fund and bag-suppers. The Student Union Legisla ture will donate money to the bus fund, and it is hoped that other clubs and organizations will do the same. Ann Rogers commented that it would be nice if the cafeteria workers could have every other Sunday night off. This could be achieved if students would When you think of prescrip tions, think of VARNER'S, adv. agree to pick up bag-suppers at the noon meal in place of the regular supper. If a majority of students are willing to go along with this policy, it may soon be put into effect Another topic that was dis cussed was the Red Cross Blood mobile. Students are urged to donate blood when the Blood mobile arrives on campus. The students at the University of North Carolina at Asheville have challenged the Brevard College students to a race to see which college’s students will donate the most blood. It has been decided that stud ents who wish to keep their cars on campus for only a weekend may pay a 50c fee in stead of registering the car for $5.00. Cars may be kept on campus for a week, exduding weekends, for a dollar a week for 3 weeks only. Christian Council Sponsors Banquet On Tuesday, November 23, from 4:45 to 6:30, in the Albert G.
