Moore County Recorder’s Court Has Long Session At Carthage, Monday With two weeks of Superior l Court intervening since the last sitting of Moore County Record er’s Court January 18, Monday’s session ran long. The docket consisted of more or less routine cases, as follows: Lenn Hobart Jackson, Sanford, Route 5, careless and reckless driving, 30 days or $35 and costs; Bobby Lee Stutts, Carthage, speeding 50 in 35-mile zone, $10 and costs; Cecil Earl Williams, Eagle Springs, Route 1, speeding 90 in 55-mile zone, 90 days sus pended for two years on payment of $75 and costs, defendant not to drive motor vehicle on public roads during next 12 months, not to violate speed laws, appeal noted and bond set at $500; Charles Clifford Williamson, Rob bins, Route 2, driving while drunk, 60 days or $100 and costs, license revoked 12 months; Charles Junior Horner, Robbins, driving while drunk, 60 days or $100 and costs, license revoked 12 months; Leon Eugene Davis, Robbins, Route 1, careleSs and reckless driving, accident, person al injury, $30 and costs.
