f Here's to Father, an original poem , Her»’« T* Fatter S«na* 'F*to«» -6re olcl and gray, With experience wise and deep. Their hearts are -understanding Forgiving* laving and secrets deep. : But here’s to all the Fathers. Their love is beyond compare. They know the hours of Con cern, ; And faith,, in all despair. Their tender wards to the young, Their attitude and gentle care, Makes the one that call them Dad, Nestle close and know he’s there. When his gentle arms, Fold around you tight, It seems there isn’t a care, That Dad couldn’t really fight. He understands, completely Each little hurt and pain. He plays the silly little games Soitle time, it’s a strain. But most of all I think, 1 want my .Dad to know, Whereever he may toe, My love will always grow. —Jane Tenney Gilbert Deaths W HUBERT SMITH W.
