and whereas within the time allow
ed by law, an advanced bid was fil

Court and an order issued direc

in conformance with the ongoing
transportation planning efforts in
Hoke County. It will be included
in a Transportation Development
Plan and will also be reviewed by
the A-95 Clearinghouse.
