Slashed With a Razor. Will Hinton and "Babe" Osborne, both colored, had a dispute about a woman Monday night, in the locality known as Sawyers Bottom. Osborne cut Hinton in several places with a razor. Osborne escaped. Hinton was carried to Hex Hos pital for repairs. His wounds are serious. . Governor Glenn Inaugurated. A large number of visitors attend ed the inaugural, ceremonies yester day. Sixeten military companies gave the occasion a military aspect. Owing to the rain, the inaugural ad dress was delivered in the Academy of Music, which was packed, but would not hold all who desired to hear the speech. The steamship Northeaster ashore on Inner Diamond Shoals, Hatteras, broke in two Saturday and her cargo of oil is floating on the ocean.
