Cooper of Burns ville, North Carolina, and John Francis Eichorn, son of Dr. and Mrs. John R. Eichorn of Framingham, Massachu setts, were joined in marriage on August 14, 1976 at 2 o’clock p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, Burns ville. Father Gabriel Meeham and Reverend Pat Hardy conducted the ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an empire organza gown with manderin neckline accented by venise lace bodice and chiffon sleeves with lace cuffs. A chapel length man tilla veil bordered with lace matching that of the gown was used. The bride carried a cas cade bouquet of white roses and ivy. Jean Lambert Ross of Atlanta, Georgia was the maid of honor. Phillip Ross, friend of the groom and Frederick Eichorn, brother of the groom served as best men. Stephen Eichorn and Gary Eichorn, brothers of the groom along with Samuel Boone served as g.ooms attendants. Phillip Eichorn, brother of the groom served as altar boy. Charles Boone, provided a selection of classical music of the baroque period for the wedding. The mother of the bride wore a floor length gown of pale pink floral print with a corsage of white roses. The mother of the groom wore a floor length gown pf dusty rose with a matching jacket and a corsage of white roses. , - The was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Terry Marshal of Atlanta, Georgia; kept the bride’s book. The couple will reside in Atlanta following a short wedding trip. Mrs. John Eichorn
