INTERESTING TRIP Mrs. Wright MacMillan of Montclair, N. J., on returning home from a vacation in Mexico with Dr. MacMillan, visited her sister* Mrs. B. H. Pearce for a few days early in March. Mrs. Pearce returned to New Jersey with her sister for a visit. Dur ing her stay there they visited the United Nations at Lake Success, and made several trips to New York City where they visited the Planetarium, museums, Radio City and other places of interest. On her way home Mrs. Pearce visited her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Pearce in Alex andria, Va. Chester is a forecaster in the government weather bureau at the Washington National air port. While they were there Com mander Elder and wife, the form er Miss Ethel Tait of Montreat, showed them over the naval academy at Annapolis. They also rd,T'VVer tHf Gettysburg battle field.
