Witnesses related that "Dr. Buz- t zard" had said that he could get folks ont of jail and could even "throw liases out of court". He told one-witness -that they couldn't even try James Hardy. James was sen tenced to the roads during this ses sion of court, however. He picked up a good deal of cash here and there. All may not be ac counted for. .He was. neid lor probaoie cause for Superior Court under the charge of obtaining goods under false pre tense in this case and was sent to the roads for six months upon con- r viction in another case of practicing V medicine without a license.
