Kimsey King Jr., of Raleigh; doing fine, names Arnold Kimsey King IH and Ju lia Page King, the latter being named for her paternal great grandmother. The Kings have two other children — Leslie Di ane, six, and Carol Jean, four. The Rev. Mr. (King, son of Prof, and Mrs. King of Chapel Hill, ■was until two years ago the pas tor of Aldersgate Methodist ' Church here and is now Associ ate Pastor of Edenton St. Meth odist Church in Raleigh. ONE BUBBLE REMAINING in the slow-boiling political pot may gain a bit more heat next ~ Monday when Orange County Republicans appear before the County School Board to ask ’em to petition the General Assemb ly for enabling legislation to make this Board purely elective by the people — instead of by popular nomination to the Gen eral Assembly, as now. While the issue is not in Orange Coun ty one of burning partisan con troversy, the fact is that a few months ago the Board, as a matter of record, expressed its satisfaction with the present sys tem.
